RUPES PROCUT 945FD Ø150 mm – 15-hole abrasive discs are designed to deliver fast, consistent, long-lasting cutting performance throughout the various stages of automotive bodywork sanding. Their polyester film (PET) backing, combined with an even distribution of abrasive grains, produces a consistent scratch pattern and excellent control over the finish.

PROCUT technology

The RUPES PROCUT range uses precisely and evenly distributed abrasive grains to produce a consistent, controlled scratch pattern. Grits up to P320 use a ceramic blend for high cutting power, while P360 and higher use aluminum oxide for refining and finishing operations.

The stearate coating helps remove dust and reduces disc clogging, maintaining abrasive performance for longer.

Usage tips

• Use dry with a random orbital sander fitted with a compatible Ø150 mm backing pad.
• Align the disc's 15 holes with those on the backing pad to optimize dust extraction.
• Apply steady, moderate pressure to maintain a consistent scratch pattern.
• Follow a suitable grit progression to remove scratches from the previous stage.
• Use appropriate dust extraction to limit dust buildup while sanding.
• Wear suitable PPE: dust mask, safety glasses and gloves.

Packaging

RUPES PROCUT 945FD Ø150 mm abrasive discs are supplied in boxes of 50 discs. Each grit has its own RUPES reference, from 9.45FD040 for P40 to 9.45FD2000 for P2000.
