Instructions for use

1. Preparation : Degreasing, sanding, cleaning the surface. Use a 190 µm filter.
2. Mixing : Dilute according to the formula with 93E3 (or 93E3 SLOW) and binder 90M4 (or 90M4 SLOW) depending on temperature conditions.
3. Application : Apply 2 coats + placement mist if necessary. HVLP nozzle 1.3 mm – inlet pressure 2 to 3 bars / atomization 0.7 bar.
4. Drying : 5 min at 20°C between coats. Wait for complete matting before applying clears.
5. Finishing : Apply a Glasurit Line 90 compatible clears (e.g. 923-610, 923-625, 923-58 or 923-55).
