Instructions for use

• Surface preparation : Clean and degrease the surface carefully, check the cleanliness of the cataphoresis if present
• Mixing :
  • Sandable version: 5 parts primer, 1 part hardener, 1 part thinner
  • Wet on wet version: 6 parts primer, 1 part hardener, 3 parts thinner
• Application : Apply in 2 to 3 thin and even coats using a spraygun with 1.8 to 2.0 mm nozzle (example Devilbiss SLG 620-18)
• Adjustment : Recommended air pressure between 1.7 and 2.0 bar at the air outlet; 0.6 to 0.7 bar at the gun handle
• Waiting time : 5 to 10 minutes between coats
• Sanding : Sand with P400 or P500 grit for a neat finish
• Degreasing : Use Lesonal 523327 antistatic degreasing cleaner before applying finishing coats
