Instructions for use

• Surface preparation : Degrease, sand (P400–P500 or fine Scotch Brite), degrease again
• Product preparation : Shake well, stir by hand before application, filter through 125 μm sieve
• Spraygun : Nozzle 1.2 to 1.4 mm; dry film thickness: 10–20 μm
• Aluminium placement : Placement veil at 1.2–1.5 bar on dry film
• Drying :
  • Air at 20°C (humidity < 50%): dry until matte
  • Medium wave IR: 3 min
  • Short wave IR: 2 min
• Finish : Cover with a UHS clears from the Max Meyer range
