The Xirallic Extra Rosso Raggiante XR103 Base Tint from the Aquamax Extra range is a water-based matte base formulated for two-coat or three-coat finishes in automotive bodywork. It incorporates intense Xirallic pearls that give the paint a luminous depth and a vibrant visual effect. Instructions for use

Surface preparation : Clean with a degreaser, sand with P400–P500 or Scotch Brite, degrease again
Implementation : Shake the can, stir manually, filter through a 125 μm sieve
Application : Spraygun nozzle 1.2–1.4 mm, dry film 10–20 µm. Apply a base coat at 1.2–1.5 bar for a homogeneous aluminum effect
Drying :
- Air drying at 20°C (humidity < 50%): dry until matte
- Medium wave infrared: 3 min
- Short wave infrared: 2 min
Reclear : Apply a Max Meyer UHS clear after complete matting
