Instructions for use

• Surface preparation : Degrease, sand (P400–P500 or fine Scotch Brite), degrease again
• Product preparation : Shake the bottle, stir by hand, filter through 125 μm sieve
• Application : spraygun nozzle 1.2–1.4 mm, dry film 10–20 µm
• Aluminium placement : Apply a placement coat at 1.2–1.5 bar for color uniformity
• Drying :
  • Air at 20°C if humidity < 50%: let dry until fully matte
  • Medium wave IR: 3 min
  • Short wave IR: 2 min
• Reclear : Apply a low VOC Max Meyer UHS clear after full matting
