Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Adjacent element: sanding with Trizact P1000
  • New or repaired part: dry sanding with at least P500
• Mix preparation:
  • Mix the matte base with activator WB2175 and controller WB2140/2143/2145 just before application
• Application:
  • spraygun HVLP – nozzle 1.2 to 1.3 mm
  • Input pressure: 1.8 – 2 bar / atomization pressure: 0.7 bar
  • Application of connector WB2191, avoiding extreme edges
  • 1.5 coats using the wet-on-wet method
  • Apply the first coat on the farthest area, then the second inside the first
• Drying time:
  • 20°C: 15–25 min
  • 35–40°C: 8–12 min
  • 60–65°C: 10–15 min
• Finish:
  • Apply a clear after complete drying
  • 5% activation mandatory (WB2175) for application of CC6750 clears

Professional advice

• Maintain a clean, temperate, and well-lit environment
• Oil-free and water-free compressed air, purge the compressor twice a day
• Use products the same day for optimal performance
