Recommended applications

• Two-coat painting work on cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles
• Local blends, partial repairs or full repaints
• Substrates: sanded original paint, sanded primers or wet-on-wet

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Clean and sand with P500-P600 (machine) or P800-P1000 (manual)
• Tools : spraygun HVLP, nozzle 1.2 – 1.3 mm
• Pressure : 1.8 – 2 bar (inlet), 0.7 bar (atomization)
• Application :
  • Apply a wet coat (70-80% in wet film)
  • Follow with an effect mist by increasing the spraying distance
  • Overlap passes on the still wet film to position the effect
• Overcoating : Apply the clear once the base has evaporated

Recommended protective equipment : paint suit, FFP2 mask, suitable gloves.
