Spraying

Application Method

Surface Preparation

• Adjacent element: Sand with Trizact abrasive P1000.
• New or repaired element: Sand the primer with a minimum grit of P500.

Mix Preparation

• Mix the matte base with the activator WB2075 and the controller WB2040/WB2043/WB2045 just before application.
• Apply according to the standard method: 1.5 coats wet-on-wet.

Application

• Use a 1.2 - 1.3 mm nozzle with HVLP spraygun.
• Set spray pressure to 1.8 - 2 bar, atomization pressure to 0.7 bar.
• Apply the connector WB2091 avoiding extreme edges (in hot and dry conditions, it may cover the entire element).
• Apply the first coat of matte base on the furthest area.
• Apply the second coat inside the first and extend towards the wing.

Drying

• 20 °C: 15 - 25 minutes
• 35 - 40 °C: 8 - 12 minutes
• 60 - 65 °C: 10 - 15 minutes

Finishing

• Apply the clear to finalize the repair.
• 5% activation (WB2075) required on all coats if clear CC6750 is used.

Professional Tips

• Maintain a clean, temperate, and well-lit environment.
• Ensure compressed air is free of grease and water, with compressor purged twice daily.
• Use products within the same day to ensure optimal application.
