  • Temperature above 35°C: T495
• Spraying:
  • HVLP spraygun
  • Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Application method:
  • Apply a uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque colors)
• Evaporation time before application of clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Instructions for use

• Carefully prepare the surface (cleaning, degreasing, dust removal)
• Flash the shade with an X-Rite spectrophotometer or use a suitable color chart
• Prepare the paint respecting the indicated dilution ratios
• Stir the mixture before application
• Apply the paint with an HVLP spraygun, nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm, pressure 2 to 2.5 bars
• Maintain a distance of about 15 to 20 cm
• Apply two coats followed by a placement coat (except opaque shades)
• Check uniformity and coverage, perform touch-ups if necessary
