  • Temperature above 35°C: T495
• Spraying:
  • spraygun HVLP
  • Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Application method:
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Instructions for use

• Carefully prepare the surface (sanding, degreasing, dust removal)
• Mix the shade according to the recommended ratios with the appropriate thinner
• Use an HVLP spraygun equipped with a 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle
• Recommended spraying pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars

• In Standard Process:
  • Apply the first coat
  • Let dry completely
  • Apply the second coat
  • Finish with a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
• In Express Process:
  • Apply successive light coats until opacity
  • Finish with a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Let dry 15 minutes before applying the clears
