Choice of thinner:
- Temperatures below 35°C: T494
- Temperatures above 35°C: T495
Spraying:
- spraygun HVLP
- Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
- Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
Application method:
- Apply a first uniform coat
- After complete drying, apply a second coat
- Apply a placement coat on dry film (excluding opaque shades)
Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Surface preparation:
- Dust off with an air blower
- Degrease with a clean cloth and a suitable cleaner
Shade preparation:
- Mix and dilute with the appropriate thinner according to the nature of the shade
- Filter with a 125 µm cone to remove impurities
Equipment adjustment:
- spraygun HVLP, nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
- Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
Paint application:
- Apply a first uniform coat
- Wait for complete drying
- Apply the second coat
- Apply a placement coat on dry film (excluding opaque shades)
- Let dry for 15 minutes (maximum 24 hours) before applying the clears
