    • Opaque shades: 100:10 with thinner T494/T495
    • Mica shades: 100:20 with thinner T494/T495

  • Choice of thinner:
    • Temperatures below 35°C: T494
    • Temperatures above 35°C: T495
  • Spraying:
    • spraygun HVLP
    • Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
    • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Application method:
    • Apply a first uniform coat
    • After complete drying, apply a second coat
    • Apply a placement coat on dry film (excluding opaque shades)
  • Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Instructions for use

  • Surface preparation:
    • Dust off with an air blower
    • Degrease with a clean cloth and a suitable cleaner
  • Shade preparation:
    • Mix and dilute with the appropriate thinner according to the nature of the shade
    • Filter with a 125 µm cone to remove impurities
  • Equipment adjustment:
    • spraygun HVLP, nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
    • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Paint application:
    • Apply a first uniform coat
    • Wait for complete drying
    • Apply the second coat
    • Apply a placement coat on dry film (excluding opaque shades)
    • Let dry for 15 minutes (maximum 24 hours) before applying the clears
