• Application method:
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement mist on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Evaporation time before clears application: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Dust off the surface with an air blower
  • Degrease with a clean cloth and suitable cleaner (example: D837 PPG)
• Shade preparation:
  • Mix the shade with auxiliary products according to the technical data sheet ratios
  • Filter the mixture with a 125 µm cone to remove impurities
• Equipment setup:
  • HVLP spraygun, nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.3 mm
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.5 bars
• Paint application:
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • Let dry completely
  • Apply a second coat
  • Finish with a placement mist on dry film (except opaque shades)
  • Evaporation time before clears application: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours
