• Application method:
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Evaporation time before clear coating: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 48 hours

Instructions for use

• Shade selection:
  • Identify the exact color using the Envirobase Variants Color Chart or the RAPIDMATCH GO spectrophotometer
• Mix preparation:
  • Respect mixing ratios according to the technical data sheet
  • Use the MOONWALK™ system for precise dosing
• Surface preparation:
  • Clean, dry, and degreased surface
  • Light sanding with dry P500 or fine-grain abrasive pad
• Paint application:
  • HVLP spraygun, nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
  • Recommended inlet pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • In standard process:
    • Apply a first base coat and let dry
    • Apply a second coat
    • Finish with a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades) at 1.2 to 1.5 bars
