- Spraying:
- HVLP spraygun
- Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
- Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
- Application method:
- Apply a first uniform coat
- After complete drying, apply a second coat
- Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
- Evaporation time before clear coating: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 48 hours

- Possibility to add the High Performance additive T492 for sensitive areas (stone chipping, etc.)

- Reproduction of Green Pearl pearlescent shades on bodywork
- Localized or complete repairs requiring precise pearlescent finish
- Compatible with PPG Envirobase finishing products and systems
Instructions for use

Shade selection:
- Identify the exact color using the Envirobase Variants Color Chart or the RAPIDMATCH GO spectrophotometer

Mix preparation:
- Respect mixing ratios according to the technical data sheet
- Use the MOONWALK™ system for precise dosing

Surface preparation:
- Clean, dry, and degreased surface
- Light sanding with dry P500 or fine-grain abrasive pad

Paint application:
- HVLP spraygun, nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
- Recommended inlet pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
- In standard process:
- Apply a first base coat and let dry
- Apply a second coat
- Finish with a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades) at 1.2 to 1.5 bars
