  • Choice of thinner:
    • Temperatures below 35°C: T494
    • Temperatures above 35°C: T495
  • Spraying:
    • HVLP spraygun
    • Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.3 mm
    • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Application method:
    • Apply a first uniform coat
    • After complete drying, apply a second coat
    • Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
  • Evaporation time before varnishing: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 48 hours

Instructions for use

  • Surface preparation:
    • Degrease with a suitable PPG cleaner
    • Wet sanding with P800 paper or dry sanding with P500 paper
    • Dust off and clean again
  • Shade preparation:
    • Mix the shade with auxiliary products according to the technical data sheet
    • Filter the mixture using a 125 µm cone
  • Equipment adjustment:
    • HVLP spraygun equipped with a 1.2 mm to 1.3 mm nozzle
    • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Paint application:
    • Regular and crossed passes with slight overlap
    • Small surfaces: one normal coat followed by thin coats
    • Large surfaces: two normal coats followed by a thin coat
  • Precautions:
    • Use appropriate personal protective equipment during application
