Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Clean, degrease and sand if necessary
• Mixing:
  • Respect the dilution ratio 100:10 with T494 or T495 depending on temperature
  • Shake the mixture thoroughly before application
• Application:
  • HVLP spraygun with 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Apply two coats followed by a placement mist on a semi-dry film
• Drying:
  • Evaporation time before clear coating: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours
• Control:
  • Check the appearance and coverage before any touch-ups
