Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Clean, degrease and sand if necessary (P800 grit wet or P500 dry)
• Color preparation:
  • Respect a dilution ratio of 100:10 with thinner T494 or T495 depending on ambient temperature
  • Shake the mixture well before application
• Application:
  • HVLP spraygun with 1.2 to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Apply a first even coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Finish with a placement mist on dry film (except for opaque shades)
• Drying:
  • Evaporation time before application of the clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours
