Instructions for use

• Prepare the surface: sanding P800 wet or P500 dry, dust removal and degreasing (product D837 recommended)
• Mix the shade with the appropriate thinner according to the technical data sheet (ratio 100:10 by volume)
• Filter the mixture with a 125µ cone before application
• Adjust the HVLP spraygun (nozzle 1.2 - 1.3 mm, pressure 2 - 2.2 bars)
• Apply a first coat, let dry completely
• Apply a second coat
• Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Respect a evaporation time before clears of minimum 15 minutes up to maximum 48 hours
