Instructions for use
- Prepare the surface: sanding P800 wet or P500 dry, dust removal and degreasing (product D837 recommended)
- Mix the shade with the appropriate thinner according to the technical data sheet (ratio 100:10 by volume)
- Filter the mixture with a 125µ cone before application
- Adjust the HVLP spraygun (nozzle 1.2 - 1.3 mm, pressure 2 - 2.2 bars)
- Apply a first coat, let dry completely
- Apply a second coat
- Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
- Respect a evaporation time before clears of minimum 15 minutes up to maximum 48 hours
