Recommended thinners :

  • T494 : Temperatures below 35°C
  • T495 : Temperatures above 35°C

Application :

  • HVLP spraygun with 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Spray pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Make a placement mist on dry film (except opaque colors)
  • Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Instructions for use

  1. Prepare the surface: cleaning, degreasing and sanding according to waterborne protocols
  2. Select the color using a spectrophotometer or color chart
  3. Mix the paint with the appropriate thinner, respecting the 100 :10 ratio
  4. Shake the mixture well before application
  5. Apply the first even coat with an HVLP spraygun (1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle) at a pressure of 2 to 2.2 bars
  6. After complete drying, apply the second coat
  7. Make a placement mist on dry film (except opaque colors)
  8. Respect a minimum evaporation time of 15 minutes before clearing, maximum 24 hours
  9. Check the appearance and make blends if necessary
