Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Carefully sand the old or original paint
  • Clean and degrease with Standox Precleaner TB50
  • Sanding of the primer surfacer with an orbital sander
• Product preparation :
  • Filter the Aluminum tint with a 125 µm cone
• Application :
  • Use an HVLP gun with a 1.3 to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Apply two wet coats followed by a placement mist
  • First coat concentrated and uniform, second coat light with more distance
• Drying :
  • Let dry until optimal mattness is achieved
• Finishing :
  • Sand with P800 grit using a pneumatic sander to clean the surface
  • Apply a suitable Standox clear to finalize the work
