Instructions for Use

Here is the procedure to properly use the Raptor kit:

• Thoroughly clean the target surface before applying the mixture. To do this, remove any possible particles and paint deposits.
• Polish the surface using P120-P180 abrasives.
• Degrease the surface with U-POL S2001 or S2002.
• Apply the product using the appropriate spray gun. Ensure to maintain a consistent spraying distance and apply an even coat over the entire surface to be coated.
• Follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding air flow, pressure, and spray gun settings.
• Apply additional coats. According to the manufacturer's instructions, you can apply multiple coats of the Raptor white product to achieve the desired thickness and finish. Please adhere to the recommended drying time between each coat (approximately 60 minutes).
• Thoroughly clean the equipment and tools used immediately after applying the coating, while respecting the manufacturer's instructions regarding the cleaning of sprayers and brushes.
• Allow the coating to dry completely according to the indicated drying time before handling the coated surface.
