Instructions for Use

Clean the surface, remove rust and residues
Degrease with U-POL S2001 or S2002
Sand with abrasives P120 to P180
Apply an adhesion promoter on complex areas if necessary
Mix the black Raptor base with the hardener according to instructions
Attach the bottle to the U-POL spraygun GUN/VN
Adjust air pressure between 2.75 and 4.10 bar
Apply evenly with sweeping motion according to desired texture
Wait 60 minutes between coats for multiple applications
Consult the technical sheet for precise settings based on desired finish
Wear the following protective equipment:
- 3M 50425L or 50198L paint suit
- FFP3 respirator mask type 3M 06942
- Nitrile gloves
