Instructions for use

  • Prepare the surface: degrease, sand (P320–P400), carefully dust off
  • Mix P 2E23 (primer filler grey) with the hardener H 2E23 at a 4:1:1 ratio (plus thinner R 2E10/20/30)
  • Spray in two thin coats with flash-off between coats until matte, use 1.7–1.9 mm nozzle, pressure 2 bar (nozzle 0.7 bar)
  • Drying: 3 h at 20 °C, 30 min at 60 °C or 10 min short wavelength infrared
  • Dry or wet orbital sanding P400–P500, use a Guide Coat for better results
