Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Degreasing with suitable cleaner
  • Application of a SG primer (SG01 to SG07), drying, then dry sanding P400–P500
  • For bare areas: aerosols P565-908, 9081 or 9086
• Mix preparation :
  • Opaque shades: 100:10 with P980-5000/5050
  • Metallic / pearlescent shades: 100:20 with P980-5000/5050
  • Shake well, filter at 125 µ
• Application :
  • spraygun HVLP – nozzle 1.2 to 1.4 mm, pressure 2 to 2.2 bar
  • Apply single coats until opacity
  • Let evaporate until matt between coats
  • Add a placement mist on dry film if necessary
• Finishing : Apply a compatible clears after complete drying
