Surface preparation

• Degrease the vehicle with surface cleaner P850-1402
• Dry sanding with abrasives P400 to P500, finishing with foam pads P800 or P1000
• Clean the surface again, dry carefully
• Wipe with a clean, dry cloth after degreasing

Product preparation

• Shake the bottle vigorously to homogenize the pigments
• Mix the shade according to the manufacturer's formula
• Filter with a 125µ cone
• Thin according to technical recommendations with thinner P980-5000
• Possible use of additive P935-1250 for extreme conditions or exposed areas

Application

• Spraygun with HVLP cap, nozzle 1.2 to 1.4 mm
• Apply 1 wet coat, then a second after baking
• Placement mist on dry film, pressure from 1.2 to 1.5 bars
• Possible application on semi-dry film for process optimization

Cleaning

• Wash the spraygun in a suitable washer
• Use thinner P980-5000 to remove all residues
