Instructions for use

• Degrease surfaces carefully with a suitable cleaner (e.g. Nexa P850-14)
• Dry with a soft non-abrasive cloth (e.g. Smart Wipes Kemtex or 3M 34567)
• Prepare the mixture: 4 parts primer, 1 part hardener (P210-8430, P210-844 or P210-845), 0.5 part thinner (P850-1693)
• Add a plastic additive if necessary (bumpers, rocker panels)
• Apply with a spray gun (e.g. Devilbiss SLG620-18): 1 thick coat or 1 thin + 1 thick
• Respect the maximum thickness of 30 microns per coat
• No waiting time necessary between coats
• Drying possible by infrared or in a booth according to Nexa Autocolor recommendations
• Overcoating with paint possible from 15 minutes, or up to 5 days without sanding
