Instructions for use

• Prepare the surface: clean with PK2000, sand with P400 grit, final degreasing
• Filter the tint using 190 μm cone filters for optimal finish
• Mix: 100% Onyx HD Base tint according to formula + 60% Hydromix by volume
• Apply with HVLP spray gun nozzle 1.4 - 1.5 mm, atomization pressure 0.7 bar at the cap
• Apply 2 thin coats followed by a metal placement veil
• Respect evaporation times between coats and wait for full sanding before clearcoating
• Apply an RM Glossclear, Rapidclear or Everclear clear (glossy finish) or Silicatop / Satintop (matte or semi-matte finish)
• Check product temperature before use (between 18 and 25°C)
• Respect the ratio clears/hardener/thinner according to recommendations
• Adjust the spray gun correctly according to viscosity, avoid overloading, maintain a linear and regular movement
• Clean equipment immediately after application to avoid residues and defects
