Instructions for use

• Prepare the surface: degrease with PK2000, sand up to P400, final cleaning
• Filter the tint using 190 μm cone filters
• Mix: 100% Onyx HD Base tint according to formula + 60% Hydromix
• Apply with HVLP spray gun nozzle 1.4 - 1.5 mm, 0.7 bar pressure at the cap
• Apply 2 thin coats followed by a metal placement veil
• Respect evaporation between coats and wait for complete matting before clearcoating
• Clearcoat with RM Glossclear, Rapidclear or Everclear for glossy finish, or Silicatop / Satintop for matte or semi-matte finish
• Check product temperature (18 to 25°C), properly adjust your spray gun, respect mixing ratios of clears/hardener/thinner
• Avoid overloading, maintain a linear and regular movement
• Carefully clean equipment after use to prevent defects
