Instructions for Use

• Surface preparation: Cleaning, degreasing, and sanding (grit P400–P500 or P800–P2000 depending on the area)
• Mixing: Ready to use after manual shaking of the can
• Application:
  • Filter with a 125 µm cone
  • HVLP spraygun – nozzle 1.2 to 1.4 mm
  • Apply in thin coats until opacity is achieved
  • Placement coat possible on dry film (1.2–1.5 bar)
• Drying:
  • Air drying: complete drying to matte finish at 20°C (humidity < 50%)
  • Medium wave IR: 3 minutes
  • Short wave IR: 2 minutes
• Overcoating: Compatible with Max Meyer 2K low VOC clears
