Instructions for Use

Surface preparation: Sanding (P400 to P500 or P800 to P2000), thorough cleaning and degreasing
Mixing: Stir well manually before use
Application:
- Filter with a 125 µm cone
- Apply with HVLP spray gun (1.2 to 1.4 mm nozzle)
- Recommended pressure: 1.2 to 1.5 bar for the initial mist coat
- Apply in thin layers until opaque
Drying:
- At 20°C and humidity < 50%: dry to full matte
- Medium wave IR: 3 min / Short wave IR: 2 min
Topcoat: Recommended Max Meyer 2K low VOC clears
