Instructions for Use

• Surface preparation: Degreasing, sanding P400 to P500 (or P800 to P2000 for fillers)
• Mixing with thinner:
  • Opaque/pearl tints: 100:10
  • Metallic tints: 100:20
  • Above 25–30°C: 100:30
• Stirring: Stir well manually before application
• Filtration: Use a 125 µm filtration cone
• HVLP spray gun application: Nozzle 1.2 to 1.4 mm – single coats until opacity
• Placement veil: Pressure 1.2 to 1.5 bar on dry film for metallic tints
• Option: Control coat on semi-dry film to speed up the process
