Instructions for Use

  1. Degrease the surface with a suitable cleaner (see RLD63V sheet)
  2. Sand:
    • P280–P320 on old paints
    • P360 on cataphoresis or bare substrates
  3. Mix according to 7:1:2 ratio with D8302 (hardener) and D8715, D8725 or D8719 (thinner)
  4. Apply with 1.6 mm nozzle: 1 mist coat + 1 full coat
  5. Allow 1–2 minutes evaporation between coats
  6. Sandable after 45 min at 30 °C (or according to chosen cycle)
  7. Can be overcoated within 12–48h depending on temperature – otherwise sanding required
