Respect a mixing ratio of 2: 2: 0.5 by volume:
- 15-30°C: D8745 Accelerated thinner
- 30-35°C: D8746 Accelerated thinner High Temperatures
Spraying:
- spraygun RP
- Nozzle 1.2mm
- Pressure 1.8 – 2.0 Bar
Application method:
- Apply 1 light/medium coat and 1 normal coat.
- The second coat is a normal coat.
Waiting time between coats:
- De-solvation between coats: 5 minutes
- De-solvation before baking or IR: 5 minutes
Drying time:
- Drying at 60°C: 5 minutes with the D8745
- Drying at 40°C: 20 minutes with the D8745

- Drying at 40°C: 20 minutes
- Air drying at 20°C: 90 minutes
- Infrared drying: 6 minutes (depending on shade)
