Instructions for use
- Sand the surface to be treated using a 3M ScotchBrite™ abrasive ref. 07447
- Clean with a degreaser compliant with VOC regulations (avoid alcohol-based solvents)
- Pierce the cartridge tip, remove the metal seal, and install the threaded nozzle
- Insert the cartridge into a suitable dispensing gun (3M™ ref. 08990 or 08013)
- Cut the mixing nozzle according to the desired bead width
- Apply and smooth if necessary before skin formation
- Time before painting:
- Minimum 30 minutes for a 6 mm bead at 21°C with 50% humidity
- Extended time under less favorable conditions or for thicker beads
