Instructions for use

1. Clean the surface with 3M universal cleaner 08984
2. Sanding or primer application recommended to improve adhesion
3. Apply:
   • Mastic 08537: with 3M 08540 nylon brush directly on the overlap
   • Mastic 08538: extrude a bead then smooth with nylon brush
4. Touch up or re-brush within the first minutes if necessary
5. Let dry before painting:
   • 1 hour for air-drying paint
   • 3 hours for oven-baked paint
