Instructions for use

• Clean with PK 700 or PK 2000
• Sanding with P400 (primer or old hardened finish resistant to solvents)
• Option: application on primer wet-on-wet or R-M sealer
• Manually mix the shade then shake for 15 minutes on the mixing module
• Mix: 100% base + 60% thinner BC020 (15 – 25°C) or BC030 (>25°C)
• Viscosity at 20°C: 22 – 25 s (ISO 4) or 14 – 15 s (DIN 4)
• Pot life: 24 h at 20°C
• Application with HVLP gun nozzle 1.3 – 1.5 mm at 0.7 bar or compliant gun nozzle 1.3 – 1.4 mm at 2.0 bar
• Number of coats: 2 + 1 mist coat for metallic or pearlescent, 2 coats for opaque colors
• Total thickness: 15 – 20 µm (opaque), 15 µm (metallic/pearlescent)
• Drying: 5 min at 20°C before wet-on-wet varnishing
• For multi-tone finishes (> 35 µm), add 5 % hardener H 9000
