Instructions for use

1. Preparation: Sand the primer or surfacer with P500 grit
2. For repair areas: 5 mm orbital sanding with eccentricity at P500-P600, finishing at P800-P1000 with 2.5 mm sander to avoid defects like "fish eyes"
3. Thoroughly degrease with a suitable solvent-based cleaner (e.g., 3919S)
4. Mix: 3 parts Centari paint to 1 part Cromax hardener
5. Hardener choice: XK203 (fast), XK205 (standard), XK206 (slow) depending on surface and ambient temperature
6. Application: 2 coats with 5 minutes flash-off between coats
7. Use of an HVLP gun with 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 mm nozzle according to recommendations
8. Application pressure: 0.7 bar at the nozzle outlet / 1.8 to 2.2 bar at the inlet pressure gauge
9. Drying: Booth drying or short-wave infrared depending on the equipment
10. Recoatable within 24 hours with sanding if necessary
