Technical characteristics
Product name : Wet-on-wet primer Eco Balance A-U-99, black.
Main properties :
- Low VOC content : 539 g/l, compliant with European standards.
- Application viscosity : 17-19 seconds (DIN 4) at 20°C.
- Pot life at 20°C : 2 hours.
Application :
- Mix 3 volumes of A-U-99 with 1 volume of Eco Balance hardener (A-H-200) and 1 volume of Eco Balance thinner (A-R-125, -R-110, -R-120).
- Apply with a low-pressure gravity feed or HVLP gun. Recommended number of coats: 1 to 2 (1 coat on the puttied area and one coat on the entire surface to be painted).
- Evaporation at 20°C takes between 15 and 20 minutes.
Drying : Treated parts can be recoated without intermediate sanding up to 5 days after application.
