Instructions for use

1. Surface preparation : Degrease, sand and dust the surface. Use a 190µ cone filter.
2. Mixing : Line 90 (100%) + 50% thinner 93E3 (or 93E3 SLOW) + additive 90M4 (or 90M4 SLOW depending on temperature).
3. Application : HVLP spraygun nozzle 1.3 mm – Pressure 2 to 3 bars inlet / 0.7 bar atomization. Apply 2 coats + 1 placement mist.
4. Drying time : 5 min at 20°C between coats, wait for complete matting before clear coating.
5. Finishing : Apply a Glasurit clear 923-610 or 923-625 (glossy), 923-58 or 923-55 (matte).

Recommendations for the clear coat step

• Respect the mixing ratios clear/hardener/thinner
• Control product temperature between 18 and 25°C
• Carefully prepare the substrate and precisely adjust the spraygun
• Avoid overloading to limit runs
• Apply at constant speed and distance
• Thoroughly clean equipment after use to prevent any contamination
