Instructions for use

1. Surface preparation : Clean, sand, dust off. Use a 190 µm filter cone for the paint.
2. Mixing : 100% base line 90 according to formula + 50% 93E3 (or 93E3 SLOW) + binder 90M4 (or 90M4 SLOW). Stir before application.
3. Application : Apply 2 even coats + placement mist. Respect 5 min drying time between coats at 20°C.
4. Finishing : Apply a Glasurit clear once complete matting is reached. Choice depending on gloss or matte finish.

Tips for applying the clears

• Respect the ratios clears/hardener/thinner
• Application temperature: 18 to 25 °C
• Careful substrate preparation
• Precise nozzle adjustment according to viscosity
• Linear and even application, without overloading
• Clean the gun to avoid any contamination
