Instructions for Use

1. Select 850R as the activator for the 840R epoxy primer/primer surfacer.
2. Mix strictly according to the specified ratio and thinner indicated in the 840R TDS.
3. Apply following the recommended nozzles/pressures and number of coats; respect the flash-offs and drying times.
4. Topcoat with 2K surfacer or finish after the required drying time, according to the system.

Substrates & Uses

Body repairs on properly prepared metals (steel, galvanized, aluminum) with Cromax 840R epoxy primer. Suitable for spot repairs to panel/full applications as per the primer TDS.

Safety

• Professional use only; consult the local SDS for 850R and the TDS of associated products.
• Wearing PPE (gloves, goggles, respiratory protection) and booth ventilation are mandatory.
