• On surfaces prepared with 2K polyester products, finely sanded
• On fiberglass reinforced polyester substrates, sanded and free of release agents

Instructions for use

• Follow the manufacturer's technical data sheet before any use
• Preparation: 7 parts primer 5310W + 1 part hardener VHS 3225 (standard), 3220 (fast) or 3230 (slow) depending on temperature and surface
• Add 10% Spies Hecker thinner 3380
• Use a primer gun with a 1.8 mm nozzle (e.g., Devilbiss SLG 620-18)
• Settings: air inlet pressure at 2 bar, atomization at 0.7 bar
• Apply 2 to 3 thin coats with 5 to 10 minutes flash-off between coats
• Oven drying: 30 to 40 minutes at 60-65°C or infrared 15 minutes at full power
• Sanding recommended with P400 to P500 grit before finishing
