Instructions for use

• Follow the manufacturer's technical data sheet before any use
• Preparation: 7 parts of 5310MG primer + 1 part of VHS 3225 hardener (standard), 3220 (fast) or 3230 (slow)
• Add 10% of Spies Hecker 3380 thinner
• Use a primer gun with 1.8 mm nozzle (example: Devilbiss SLG 620-18)
• Settings: air inlet pressure at 2 bar, atomization at 0.7 bar
• Apply in 2 to 3 coats, with 5 to 10 minutes flash-off between coats
• Oven drying: 30 to 40 minutes at 60-65°C or infrared 15 minutes at full power
• Sanding recommended with P400 to P500 grit before finishing
