Recommended applications

• On Wash Primer (phosphating) or epoxy primer
• On sanded old paints or prepared original paints
• On sanded or unsanded cataphoresis, previously cleaned (scuffing recommended)
• On fiberglass reinforced polyester substrates, sanded and clean
• On repairs with finely sanded 2K polyester products

Instructions for use

• Strictly follow the manufacturer's technical data sheet before use
• Preparation: 7 parts primer 5310 + 1 part VHS 3225 standard hardener, 3220 fast or 3230 slow depending on conditions
• Add 10% Spies Hecker 3380 thinner
• Use a primer gun with 1.8 mm nozzle (e.g., Devilbiss SLG 620-18)
• Settings: air pressure at 2 bar, atomization at 0.7 bar
• Apply 2 to 3 coats with 5 to 10 minutes flash-off between each
• Oven drying: 30 to 40 min at 60-65°C or infrared: 15 min at full power
• Recommended sanding with P400-P500 grit
