Installation Tips

1. Mark and drill at the recommended diameter; deburr and degrease the edges.
2. Insert the rivet (head on the finish side) then position the pliers on the mandrel.
3. Operate the pliers until the mandrel breaks; check the rear expansion and flushness.
4. On very thin plastics, add a distribution washer on the rear side if necessary.

• Use a rivet plier in good condition; wear PPE (glasses) during mandrel breakage.
