Description
The SATAjet X Digital Ready with 1.2 I nozzle is a high-end finishing spray gun designed for precise applications in bodywork. Its fine "I" nozzle combined with the Labyrinth X cap offers controlled atomization, ideal for metallic, pearlescent colors, or clears. It is compatible with the digital module ADAM X/Pro (optional).

Instructions for Use
- Prepare the surface: sanding P400–P600, anti-silicone degreasing
- Prepare the product: mix according to the technical sheet, filter (125 µm)
- Settings: 2.0 bar dynamic – 1.5 turns open – wide spray
- Application: cross passes at 15–18 cm – 50% overlap
- Flash-off: ≈ 5 min for base / ≈ 10 min for clears (20°C)
- Drying: according to the TDS of the clears (e.g., 30 min at 60°C)
- Cleaning: purge, rinse with suitable solvent, blow dry, lubricate seals
